Start with your business
Talk through your goals, the people involved and what isn't working today.
Technology decisions are easier when you have someone who listens, understands the moving pieces and helps you move forward.

I'm Jody Weintraub. For much of my career, I've worked where technology, business and people meet. I've owned and operated businesses, managed projects and operations, and worked in audiovisual production, live events and digital communication. Different industries and different tools, but the challenge has usually been the same: turn a good idea into something that actually works.
My early experience in television and video production taught me to think about the audience first. Later, running a technology business taught me what it takes to keep the systems behind the scenes working. And years of working with customers, vendors and project teams taught me how much the details—and the relationships—matter.
Today I bring that perspective to Maxi Signs. Whether we're discussing a digital display, a website, an AI-powered receptionist or a problem that doesn't have an obvious technical answer, I start by listening. Then we sort through the options, make practical decisions and work toward an implementation that fits the business.
I'm not interested in selling technology for its own sake. I want to help people use it well.
Maxi Signs began with signage and visual communication. That remains part of what we do. Our expanded services also cover websites, hosting, workflow tools and practical automation.
The starting point stays the same: what are you trying to accomplish, and what would make your work easier?
Talk through your goals, the people involved and what isn't working today.
Compare practical choices. Sometimes the answer is a product; sometimes it's a simpler process.
Agree on the scope, coordinate implementation and plan the support needed afterward.
Bring the question, the idea or the thing that isn't working. We'll start there.
